west yorkshire rugsMaking a Purchase – Making a purchase could not be easier. Simply browse though our catalogue, click on any items you wish to buy and put them into the ‘Shopping basket’. When you’ve made your selections, click on ‘order’ and fill in your details to enable us to satisfy your order. We accept most major credit/debit cards.

When you have placed your order online, we will e-mail you within 1 working day, confirming your order. We endeavour to make sure the prices on our website are accurate and we always confirm the price before we process your order.

It is our policy not to charge you for any item until it is ready to be dispatched.

If you do not wish to disclose your credit card details online, please contact us by e-mail and we will phone you on our next working day to take your order.

Shipping and handling
Delivery Schedule – Free delivery applies anywhere in mainland UK. Your order will be processed within 1 working day of receipt.

You will be then notified of the exact delivery date by e-mail. Unfortunately, we cannot specify a time. If, for your convenience, you require a ‘before noon carriage service’ we can arrange this for you at a cost of £10.00.

Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.

If you are outside the UK please e-mail us with your requirements and we will advise you of the appropriate shipping costs and delivery timescale's.

Back Orders
– If your item is not in stock, we will automatically place it on back order. You will always be e-mailed with the revised delivery date with the option to cancel your order should you so desire.

Credit Card Security:
The software we use has been endorsed by all the major credit card companies to be a secure method of trading. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud on our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computers and are not held in clear text on any website.

Guarantee:
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return the goods in their original packaging, undamaged, within 14 days for a full refund of the purchase price. We can arrange for a pick-up and return service for you or alternatively you can arrange to send the goods back yourself. We advise you to obtain proof of postage and ensure goods are adequately insured during any return journey. It is the responsibility of the customer to meet all carriage costs incurred in the return of the product. Notification of your wish to return goods must be received in writing within 7 working days of receipt of goods. If you return the product in its original condition, we will refund you any money that you have paid to us for that product.

Faulty Goods: Although we at Rugs Mania endeavour to ensure our products are of the highest quality, should you find a manufacturing fault contact us in writing within 7 working days and we will arrange for collection and subsequent replacement of the item. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Colour: Although our photographic processes are designed to accurately represent the colours of our products, due to technical reasons in both the manufacture process and the portrayal of products over the internet, we cannot accept responsibility for any variation in the colours of the actual product.

Privacy Policy:
The information collected when you place an order via the secure server is used by us to process that order or to contact you should there be a delay. We do not retain the information after the order is finalised.

No information you send to us will be made available to any third party.

Should you wish to be put on our customer database for future special offers, either e-mail us or let us know when you order. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
